Payments Policies

Standard Pricelist

1. Payment:
   • To confirm your booking, you need to pay 50% of the total price upfront.
   • The remaining 50% is due at check-in.
2. Cancellation:
   • You can cancel for free up to 30 days before your arrival and get a full refund of your prepayment.
   • If you cancel within 30 days of your check-in, the 50% prepayment will not be refunded.
   • If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Non-Refundable Pricelist

1. Payment:
   • The full amount is due at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellation:
   • No refunds will be issued at any time.
3. Security Deposit:
   • A damage deposit will be required at check-in.
   • The deposit will be collected in cash only.
   • Upon check-out, the house will be inspected. If there is no damage, the full deposit will be returned.
   • If there is any damage, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
