Payments Policies

Standard Pricelist:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price upon reservation and the remaining amount upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Pricelist:
The full amount will be paid upon reservation.

Cancellation Policies:

Standard Reservations:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Non-Refundable Reservations:
No refund will be issued at any point.

Security Deposit:
The Company will request a damage deposit from the guest upon their check-in. The deposit will either be blocked on the guest’s card or can be given in cash. Upon the guest’s check-out the Company will inspect the house and return the full amount of the damage deposit should there be no damage. If there is any damage, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the damage deposit.
